Meet the Team
Jason Phillips
My background as a tradesman combined with a genuine passion for all things property and design ultimately led me to pursue a career in property development.
From first stepping foot on site at sixteen labouring for a local developer during the summer holidays to project managing mechanical installations for tier 1 contractors there’s not much I haven’t seen in this industry.
Having joined forces with Andy to form Proactive Property Group in 2019 together we aim to provide excellent housing solutions for our tenants and great investment opportunities to our investors.
Andrew Jenkins
My career started as an apprentice mechanical technician. Eventually having my own business then transitioning to a career in mobile plant engineering. Ultimately a realisation of the passion I have for the property industry forced me to change industry and utilise the skills I’ve acquired as a mechanical engineer and apply them to property.
Developing properties since 2012 it gives me a real satisfaction to take a property from rundown condition and renovating it into a warm and modern home.
